CEO of Ogden Contracting and Builder’s Academy
Scotti is a general contractor and certified builder in British Columbia, Canada, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. In 1994, he launched a small framing business in Langley, quickly earning a reputation for top-quality workmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service. His company has since evolved into a full-service general contracting business known for setting high industry standards.
In addition to running his business, Scotti is a mentor to other builders and business owners, offering educational content that promotes professionalism and transformation within the industry. His coaching approach emphasizes holistic company growth, ensuring that builders not only excel in their profession but also experience freedom and fulfillment as business owners.
Scotti's dedication to personal development has been a cornerstone of his success. He believes that improving oneself leads to better business outcomes, and he integrates this philosophy into his construction business coaching.
